Xerox phaser 3010 problem

Hello,

I have a phaser 3010 printer and suddenly it stopped printing. Bot indicators are off. I unplugged the cord and plugged it in again and when I turned the switch on the printer on, no indicator lights and the printer just rolls for the paper and then stops. When I try to print something, the printer shows error in printer tasks with no further information. Can anybody give me an advice how to solve this problem?
