Xerox phaser 6020 issue printing

Hi,

If the toner is Original Xerox, it looks like to be a fusing problem (print is unfused). Also be sure to select the correct type of paper (eg. weight).

My printer is printing as the attached image. I wonder what the solution is. Only happens when printing in black and white. When printing in color does not happen.
