Re: Xerox phaser 6280 won't recognize as administrator

Hi Dennisjevans,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Is the driver loaded at the server or locally at your PC?  If it is loaded on the server then the custom size paper changes will have to be made on the driver at the server and then pushed down,  If the driver is locally loaded then uninstall the driver and reinstall the latest driver for your machine.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Xerox phaser 6280 won't recognize as administrator

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I'm trying to create a custom paper size for my 6280N PCL driver and all of the options are greyed out. When I check for help it says I can only do this as administrator. I am running Windows 7 as administrator and I have selected "account mode - administrator" in the options, and rebooted, logged off and on. All of the options are always greyed out for me.

Any ideas? Am I missing something?
