Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for colors light, also look at the solutions for colors wrong. Make sure you perform a color calibration.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi,

I have a Xerox phaser 7500, when I print the images and the color are not sharp even when setting the high quality print options. The colors look faded. This in particular happens when I print in grayscale or magenta scale. 

Please help, how can I make the colors in the print fuller? or in other words, not look faded.
