Hi Expert , 

Pleaase help , suddenly my Xerox phaser 7760 is not print any more ,  I saw on the display "Imaging unit 1 is pass end of life", no error code

I replaced brand new Imaging unit , but still got the same massage and printer still not print.

 try to print from the printer by select print a configuration or settings report  printer not print 

Go to "hiden service" menu run dianostic and got the message :" Fatal Fault Encountered Controller in Spin Loop Power down Required"

Please tell me what to do . Thank you
