in the office we have a Xerox VesaLink C7020 printer and on all the others computers with Windows 10 I have always downloaded the software + driver from the Xerox site and it has never given me problems of use.
I recently bought a new notebook always with Windows 10 and I downloaded the latest version of software + driver from the site to install the printer on the system.
When I open files to print (especially PDFs), I select print, choose my Xerox VesaLink C7020 printer and click on "Properties" to select details such as black / white, paper size, etc. etc. The Xerox App window opens but sometimes
I have already tried uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, setting the direct TCP / IP port, etc. but the same slow / freezing problem always occurs.
