Xerox spits pages out too powerfully, paper winds up on floor.

We had Xerox support person come and adjust the rubber spinner things, the things that collect the paper before they are placed at the output tray. It is not something we could do ourselves because you need to log into the Xerox machine with special service codes to adjust those things.

This seems to be an issue within my office too. We have just seen an upgrade in our printers and one of them seems to throw prints all over the place. I would be grateful if you could provide us with a solution as this is quite troublesome.

Hi Vic,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Well that is a new one, I have never heard of the printer pushing the paper out so forcefully that it ends up on the floor.  Please make sure there is no external breeze, from a fan for instance, that may be affecting the printer.  Also make sure the printer is on a hard, level surface.  If it continues then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
