I'm in 2nd level support for both devices and have never heard of them, or any other Fiery doing that.
Try using the latest driver (Which is never going to be obtained via Xerox.com), grab the from EFI.
Make sure the port is LPR and queue name is print (all lower case)
No check mark for SNMP or LPR byte counting.
Hi, we have several Xerox C70's and 570's with Bustled Fiery's. Sporadically these units will stop printing and send all jobs to "held". I Then have to "reboot server"in CWS. Clients are all Windows 76 64-bit and they print via a Windows 2008 R2 print server. They are using the latest driver from Xerox for the model and their laptops are patched and the server is patched. All the rips are set to get their updated automatically. Was wondering if anyone encountered anything like this? Where should I look first? No idea frankly.
