You need to actually explain the error if you want help, it tells you there is nothing in tray 5 because there is nothing in tray 5, it is just information, ignore it because it in no way affects print/copy or fax unless you are trying to print to tray 5.

 

As for driver install, if the IP opens the webpage of the printer, then the job can make it to the printer too. So it would be something unrelated to tray 5, and if Bi-di is working and the driver shows the tray levels then it will be a protocol issue, so try changing between RAW and LPR on the driver port.

please help me, i have work centre 5330 and when i install it on windows 10  and try to print it gives me an error informes me that tray 5 is empty and i tried many drivers to solve this issue but nothing has worked.

 

note that i connect it through a switch and i gave it an ip 192.168.1.122 and my PC in the same range of it and i can ping it .

 

 

 

please i need a solution
