Hi,

I think your machine is contaminated with toner or it is possible to have one or two developer housings defective, or even the IBT assy. Maybe is better to have a tech person to evaluate your printer, to prevent more damages.

even after replacing all 4 drums it still same. before it was both cyan and magenta. but after replacing magenta still coming, toners are also replaced

Hi,

I am having an issue with my xerox printer. Firdtly it was blue/ or sometimes magenta ink smears on the edge of the paper mostly it occurs blue then i clean drum unit this the reoccurs and i again cleaned. But now the prinouts gets horizontal alignment in same colour in the middle or everywhere...Whats causing this issue?
