Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for the error you are seeing. Is this happening on all documents?  If it is just one file that is failing it may be something in the file. If the solutions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Xerox workcenter 6015Ni won't print

Hello guys,

I just bought a Xerox center 6015 Ni and when I try to print a document, it prints 2 pages and then it stops and the error code 024-958 is flashing...

I checked my printer preferences and the paper size is the same than on the printer...

I tried the drivers on the CD that came with the printer, it didn't work.

I tried the drivers for windows 8.1 on the site and it didn't work either...

I don't know what to do anymore,

Please help!! :)
