I just installed my new Xerox workcentre 5330 printer. We have a few computers connected to a network.
We installed the drivers to each computer and it seemed to be working fine.
But there was a problem, on three computers we are unable to print from excel. Printing on microsoft word or emails is fine but i cant print on excel.

I have to stay pretty generic because you don't mention your Operating system, the driver, the version of Office or really anything of note with your situation at all.
Make sure this isn't checked in Printer Properties > Advanced if a Windows OS
Then in Excel (This changes across Office versions) make sure the driver itself isn't using odd settings applied from Excel.
Then in just Excel itself, If Office 2003 or earlier there will be a tray selection here.
