Yeah, it has to be a custom setting for Adobe Reader/Acrobat, send a job again but set it to Driver defaults and that should become the new default for the application.

maybe the client has  a default saved setting for "PDF" , if they print then pdf, the banner is maybe on for that template

Xerox workcentre 7530 printing document properties

Hey All,

 

For some reason our companies Xerox workcentre 7530 started printing a extra page on PDF prints.

The extra page contains only 1 line (the document properties)

Now this doesn't happen on all the users that use that printer and it only happens on dpf (not on word or somthing else)

I went to check the print drivers and printer settings (banner page) and the office settings (the "print document properties option") and they are correct.

 

Anybody has a idee what could have started this behavior ?
