Xerox GPD in PCL should do it.

 

It doesn't officially support the M128 (Nothing current does) but Basic Printing Mode should be able to print just fine, It may also work in the more featured Xerox Work Center - Black and White.

Xerox workstation M128

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

The PCL Print Driver disc is unable to be install on Windows 10, message reads "prt env" error.  Can you provide a compatible driver download link?
