Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for removing the driver from the MAC. Once you remove the current driver reboot your MAC and then try to install the new driver. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

hi guys I have a driver problem on macos 10.13.6 with our xerox.
I can't update the drivers anymore. during installation it does not let me go ahead and install on hd. (printer xerox coloqube 9203 driver is locked to version 3.113.0 and I can't install the new 4.14.0) do you have any solution? thanks so much.
