​XeroxPrintExperience stops responding

Product Name: Xerox AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

We have two windows 10 PCs that are having issues with the Print Experience App.  using PS V4 with programmed one touch settings.  worked well up until 3 weeks ago.  now the app crashes once a day.  Adobe us up to date, PC is up to date.  updated PS4 driver and XPE App and firmware on machine.  issue still exists.
