Yellow Developer depletion

Product Name: PrimeLink C9065/C9070 Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

Looking to see if anyone has run into yellow developer depleting completely. We have replaced the Y drum, developer and the dev bias HVPS. Thanks for any feedback
