I can see your image now. You either have a defective magenta drum (swap yellow and magenta to see if those yellow lines turn to magenta

Or you have ros blockage on your magenta window so its not writing to magenta drum

Or you have a clogs of some sort in your magenta developer housing allowing toner to not transfer to magenta drum

Try to swap staple cartridges between tehm to see if work. Eliminate worn stape from staple cartridge.

If the same stapler have the issue, like I said , could be a problem with stapler head.

Call in for service for the staple issue. Or both issues

I did try swatching the magenta and yellow drum, will try witht eh cyan and see the results.

I chaecked the ROS unit they are clean, the cyan one though seems like the dust is under the glass or so cause wiping and have issue still.

Staples, well one catridge stapled others didn't and we changed both. cause both were empty.

When take them out you see some staples like stuck to the top of the cartridge.

thanks

The staples seems to be jamming in the cartridge funny cause they are new.

I did put a new drum in the yellow

maybe needs a new magenta?

Hi,

Check and replace the Yellow drum. And for the stapling, sometimes staples heads may fail.
