Thanks for the feedback. YWah the Versant is nice fromt the specs that will be an upgrade to my C75 though

Just needed an additional machine oh and have to be able to print Envelopes too cause running them thought the C75 not work it

Possibly need to know where to find an envelope feeder

If there is lots of saturated color you will notice color drift on anything smaller than a C60. If it's mostly text with some images a midrange C8055 or C8070 would be the most reliable with the 101.xxx software and a high cap feeder.

A C60 without a finisher is just slightly bigger than above mentioned and would be the most reliable and can print high saturation without drift. Or get a Versant 80 (same footprint as C60) and use your current C60 as a backup to expand the types of media you can use.

Thanks much, yeah in here usually cool

But I think what happened the machine had an error for a few months, which we ignored until it shut down this week, which seemed to have kept the machine unable to go into Energy saving mode as well

So seems liek once was up andf running was being kept warm

But I think i'll do the same for the cyan and yellow cause if you look closely at the photos you'll see a light line going through them still

But I've got the job finished and client is happy

So thanks again.

Need to get a back up machine (smaller than the C75) to be able to handle jobs while this one is running heavy jobs

Any suggestions?

It is very important to keep the Machine in cool enviroment and the toner stored in a cool enviroment. Xerox switched to energy star toner a few years back and the toner is pone to crystalize if heated which generates clogs

Well guys I got the magenta issue sorted

was coming from the developer unit

Seems as if the literal roller had clogged, jam pieces it also had some hard toner on there

Luckily we had an only Magenta drum we had switched out for whatever reason so we were able to make the switch back with the developer from the other unit

so that should work for now until we're able to get a new developer shipped to us.

I'm attching two photos which looked totoally different from before.

I think the cyan and or yellow ight have similar iissues, as if you look at one the prints you'll still be seeing a light line on the top of the paper.

Thanks so much guys mean a lot

Will try the method of trying to clean out the magenta developer unit. DOn't have a new one at hand so will have to dumb back in the old one till can get a new one. We have Booklets to print for a government event over next three days, so don't want to chance it as the front cover has red, and also the country flag and most the visiting nation's flags as well. lol

But I'll let you guys knwo how to goes. thanks so much for assistnace so far from all

For external cleaning of ROS you can order and use 042K03560 (ROS Cleaning Wand from Versant family)

Thanks I searched and found it. Guess it's worth a try, seeing the other options, a screwdriver with cloth (not as flexible) , and removing the entire top of machine to access the ROS unit (not as easy)

Thanks we will take a look and try to check the Ros toner tomorrow. It is really difficult. A tech friend of mine is a Canon tech and says the Canon uniys Ros lasers easier to clean.
We already swapped all the colour drums no luck and it only happens when anything with reds and the lines are uniformed throughout prints.
