Thank you for using the Support Forum. Let's start from the beginning, first take a look at the solutions for printer hanging during start-up paying particular attention to the power. If you printer is plugged into a surge protector or extension cord please try plugging it directly into a wall outlet. If it works on the outlet then the surge protector or extension cord is the issue. If the power checks out make sure you can ping the IP address of the printer and that it passes the ping test. If this all checks out please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
the printer was running before and i didn't change one parameter.
one day was suddenly not recognized in the network so i restart it from the cord unplugged then putting on the right back button but no luck.
What i see is that the post tests are all done without error but the printer stops on the Xerox logo, nothing more. i tried to see login on the IP of the printer and the only error seen is that PostScript police isn't loading each time. After a while the server also goes down and so unreachable.
