to isolate your problem try to print some reports from the printer itself a if the problem still then your problem with the engine "better to share a picture "
If not then your problem will be from the driver .

Lines usually mean clean the leds using the wand behind the waste container

Are you using Xerox driver or windows class driver?

hello my completle new printer cant print images pdfs etc, first of all the colours are terrible its smushed all over and totally wrong (i have tried changing color settings etc no diffrence) also stripes appears on the pictures. the quality overall is pixely and terrible. i have cleaned the printer multiple times even tho it did improve extremly little it didnt help at all. i have pretty much tried everything i can come over and this is my second printer ive gotten from you within months... ridiculus
