Ughh, my bad. I had CMYK in my head, and the toner/drums go in KCMY.

 

End result is the same though, the drum you moved from R1 to R3 is bad and needs to be replaced.

Hello,

 

When I swap R1 and R3 the dot become red / pink.

  • Swap R1 with R3 and see if the 4 dots become yellow, if they do it is the drum.
  • Take out the fuser and manually roll the roller and watch it, see if the dots are on/in the roller, it could be whiteout stuck to it, it could be dents in it etc etc.

Hello,

 

My xerox 7845i is making 4 black dots at the end of every pages... What can I do to fix this ? I already try to clean the printhead and to pull out and reset the drum cartrige...
