blank page random copy

separator is off and i cant find any information on multifeed and i have done a altboot with usb key and if it was the imaging unit the problem would be the same on all tray? now the problem is only on tray 3-4

If they are blank inserts, it is a mutifeed issue (tech), or someone turned on Seperators (Disable special pages and or build job etc).

If they are pages that should be there, but don't have the content they should, it would be the imaging unit (requires tech)

If you are convinced it is a bug, have a tech perform an Altboot no data backup to wipe and reload it fresh back to factory defaults

i have a Workcentre 5845 and when i copy there is random blank page never the same ammount if i make 10 copy sometime i get 14 page 10 copy and 4 blank page in the middle sometime more sometime less and its only from the tray 3 and 4. Tray 1-2 and bypass no blank page i try to upgrade the software and the problem still there i try to change the motherboard of the tray 3-4 and still the same problem.
