blue dots every 1.2 inches and randon blue spots on the printout workcentre 7655

thanks for your suggestion, I did exactly as you suggested. Now there are no cyan spots nor do i see yellow spots. some pages i printed had a very fine blank verticle line in the same zone ( only in some pages). so i will print again tomorrow and day after and post if i see something strange. My many thanks to you for showing interest on my post. I shall again post on thursday. thanks again

It sounds like a drum but it could be the cyan developer housing if the spots are random. The developer housing it what the drum sits next to.

Hey,

Can switch the R2 with R4 and then print again? See if the blue dots become yellow and than you will know if it is your drum.

Since this happens when you copy and print, you should call service. Provide them your serial number and they will place a service call for your WC7665.

Dear Sir

I have xerox workcentre 7655. when i copy or pint in colour there appears blue dots every 1.2 inches and below that on a band random blue sponts. Please help
