bypass tray allinment issue

we are trying to use the bypass tray to print number #10 envelopes and when you feed them flap down and to the right the return address prints far left as it should but halfway down the envelope and the address for the recipient isn’t even there this is with all programs it printed the first one correctly and then has done this for everyone after
