Re: bypass tray feeding issue

Jump to solution

I believe it does this with heavy stock so it doesn't jam/damage the stock in the duplexer, which is not a concern with regular stocks

bypass tray feeding issue

Jump to solution
Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi all, I cant seem to find an answer to my question, we have a C405 printer and have it configured to print certian stock from the bypass tray.  When it prints from this tray it pull the paper through the printer and then to the output bin but when it gets to about 80% of the page to the output bin it pulls the paper back in and then actually prints the image then proceeds to output the paper fully then on to the next page and it does the same.

Is this intended functionality or have I misconfigured something?
