bypass tray jamming

I searched our knowledge base and found an article with steps for clearing the bypass tray jams. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

If I try to print from the bypass tray, the paper feeds in about 1inch and then jams.

This happens whether the bypass tray is A4 or A5 and tray 1 feeds perfectly OK.

I switch a lot between A4 & A5 and having tray 1 as A4 and bypass as A5 works perfectly.

How do I stop the bypass tray jamming?
