I am getting the message "Jam at Tray. Check Tray. Open Front Cover". I have done that at least 3 times and have taken parts out to see if pieces of paper are stuck between things and I cannot find what is causing the jam. I live in a remote area so I cannot send or take it to get it serviced. Any suggestions?
Hello sjvias,
This may seem like a stupid question, but are you sure your wireless connection between your computer and your Apple Airport Extreme is working properly? I see that you have checked a lot of things, but I didn't see that the Wi-Fi connection was working for sure. Aside from that, are you able to ping the printer from your computer? If not, the problem may be with your network or your computer. Check those things and let me know what happens.
