Just got off phone with Xerox support for this exact problem. It has been down for at least 3 hours (that they are aware of), but probably longer than that. I will be glad when it comes back up because right now my printer install is on hold pending driver downloads.
Can't download Phaser 6510 drivers. I've tried the UK and US sites and get a server error 403 forbidden
Been like this for days.
I am also experiencing the same issue. It seems like Xerox file servers are down as you can't download anything from drivers to simple documentation but I can't ensure you that stateement . Hope it can be fixed as soon as possible.
Hi guys... i have one Xerox C405, and cant download XeroxSmartStart.
Got this error:
You don't have permission to access /pub/drivers/6510/drivers/win10/ar/XeroxSmartStart_220.127.116.11.exe on this server.
Anyone know how i download this version? Need really help! ty.
