cm215b black color faded (copy and print light gray)

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Please help with my Fuji Xerox docu print cm215b, the result for the black color copy or print faded, very light gray, even though my ink black full and even I change it to a new genuine cartridge. the print result very light gray and the paper like dusty sandy.

please help how to solve, if need brings to maintenance service where is it in my country Macau?
