color registration done, still not aligning

Product Name: Phaser 7100
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

Hello,

I have performed the color registration, now all set to 0, but still the alignment is not correct.

Changed toner (all Xerox original).

Any help with how to proceed much appreciated. Photos attached. Thank you.
