Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try flipping the paper over in the tray and also check to see if you are using a long grained paper as suggested in this solution for damaged output.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hello, hope someone can make a suggestion.

We have a few months old xerox colorcube 8570DN that works prefectly except for a recent paper folding issue, it only bends the top left edge about 1/4th of an inch, 45 degree angle. Doesn't bend pages through tray 1 only tray 2. And it bends before it puts ink down.

Any ideas?
