Xerox ColorQube 8570 - disabling sleep mode

As a somewhat related topic, is there any way to disable the sleep mode so that the unit will only go to standby mode? I have an executive user that is very frustrated by the wait time when the unit has to wake up from sleep mode to begin printing.

colorqube 8570 differences standby- sleep mode

i know that in sleep mode the power concumption is less and of course it takes longer to start a print job again. is it correct that in standby mode the ink is being heated up from time to time? also i´d like to know if waking up from sleep mode consumes any ink.
