Every time I try to start up the printer it freezes and appears to go into sleep mode. The startup begins without showing any error messages, says it is initializing, shows the Xerox logo, and then goes no further, but the little green light next to the sleep mode icon goes on. I have tried restarting it multiple times, including when it is disconnected from the network, and nothing changes. What should I do?

Still not making any progress with this. We tried leaving the printer turned off overnight, and had the same problems when we turned it back on this morning.

can you please tell what firmware version is the CQ on?
I suppose after the printer hangs you need to reboot again until it does work. When it does work can you see if there are any faults on the printer, please.
