Nope the port settings are not there. I tried updating firmware using different laptops, using different wifi to configure, but still same problem.

Re: connection failure computer connection error reconfigure your network settings

Hello SPURI777,

I searched the Forum and found this post that mentions some of the port settings you can check when printing to WiFi for the Phaser 3020 device.

Thanks,

connection failure computer connection error reconfigure your network settings

Product Name: Phaser 3020
Operating System: Windows 10

Getting this error all the time

connection failure computer connection error reconfigure your network settings.

Tried everything reconfiguring. Putting it on another Wi-fi but the same issue on both Wi-Fi connections.

Tried on different laptops too with different wifi but same problem.

It was working before, but we changed the wifi key and now it is giving this error when trying to configure using easy wireless setup.

Updated firmware too, but nothing works. please help.
