custom color profiles on Workcentre 7835

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

My company wants specific color palettes for oiur logal and it needs to be setup on our workcentre 7835. I have gone into the color managent and can see all of the diferent profiles and how to import them. My question is how to I create the custom profiles for the color palette my company wants for the logo's   We also use PrintLogic for our print sever.
