Hello, my printer has been sending me the message that the black toner is low, but still ok to print. When I ran my billing report, I found that rather than just running out of black toner, the printer was using all colors to create black, which made my color copies quantity extremely high. Any idea why this happened? Is there a setting I can change to prevent it from happening again?
