Hi,

It should be removed the direct pipe (from the back of the machine), cleaned and vacuumed and to check if there is no an broken auger.

Hello there, 

We recently acquired a Xerox C70 with major toner draining issues. Correct me if I am wrong but it appears that the developer housing and the drum have separate "drains". There appears to be no issue with the pipe to the developer housing, however, the drain connected to our magenta drum has a major leak that builds up mountains of toner. I have attached pictures. We have attempts to vacuum it out but over time, the toner seems to cake up and is not draining at all. 

If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi David,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. With replacing the components you have done what I would have requested you do.  Other way less common things to check is to make sure the machine is level.  Also make sure the humidity in the area the printer resides is within specifications.  If this all checks out then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I have multiple issues with the direct pipe assy clogging and dumping toner inside copier all over 2nd btr assy and ibt. i have replaced entire waste recycling sys multiple times. runs ok for couple weeks and starts to clog up again. no obvious reason this keeps going on. any ideas/ help would be appreciated. thanks
