doesn't print correctly

Product Name: Phaser6600dn
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

Have a phaser 6600dn. Send to print 1-10 copies, only prints 3, then if i send different file,it ignores that file, prints previous job. Have to cancel before it will print second file. also not printing full page. Have checked all of the settings in print application to make sure they are set to fit. Have tried printing a jpeg and pdf. size of print are roughly 69%, have changed that to 100% in application aeveral times. Have rebooted printer by turninhg off, unplugging. Have gone to menu and reset to default. Nothing seems to work. Suggestions?
