I have chatted with a support person. She could not help because we dont have a support agreement. But it seems - i have to verify that again - that the problem solved itselfe.

on a macbook with macOS BigSur (11.7.1) I installed the driver v5.11.1(2372) (german version) for a VersaLink C7000 printer (software version 1.70.3). I have a problem with using the duplex and the brochure options (these are the two that I tested, maybe there is more).

When I print from TextEdit i get the following:

As you can see, i have the option "both sides" ("Beidseitig" in german) right below the number of copies.

If I display the details of the print dialog, I dont have any option to select duplex printing:

And also I cant select brochure printing because the option is greyed out:

I tried to reinstall version 5.10 of the driver but something is preventing the installation. How do I get rid of everything that was installed with the pkg for version 5.11.1?
