Unfortunately not, because it involve either Diagnostic Password which is not allowed to give it to client or PWS laptop.

thank you, but to get a tech out here will cost a fortune. Maybe it can be done via remote access???

Hi,

You will need a tech to make registration adjustment from Diagnostic Mode.

duplex printing DC 250

Product Name: WorkCentre 250
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello.

When printing duplex on size 216 X 305mm (8,5 X 12 inch) paper, the backsite is printed about 7mm upward.   The DC 250 has in admin-panel no adjustment-button as the DC 242/252/260 have, neither are there any adjustment possible for this papersize on Fiery CWS.....

I'd greatly appreciate any help.
