STACK:

Hello,

My printer worked well but since a few days, it prints only "STACK:" for every document i try to print from my SAMSUNG phone (Wi-Fi) or my WINDOWS computer (Wi-Fi) or my usual USB key (USB port in the front of the printer).
My printer is XEROX WorkCentre 6027

Today i tried to print a PDF document from my USB key (that i usually use for printing directly from the printer, without any network connection). The PDF document is not corrupted (i can open it in my computer and my phone).

It worked well until last week. I can't understand that sudden behavior of the printer.

Can you help please ?

You tried over USB (Mac to printer via USB cable) or From USB (USB thumb drive plugged into printer direct)?

error STACK: 5.04

Product Name: WorkCentre 6027
Operating System: Windows 10

Dear Support, 

I've encountered new error - instaed of printing (from word, pdf etc) the printer prints only STACK: 5.04. However, before one document was printed - same format. I use wifi to connect to printer.

Even if I tried to print over USB the same error appeared on the printout STACK: 5.04

Please advise how to solve this, thank you. BR Katja
