Hi selom,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please unplug your machine from the power outlet and plug it in directly to a known working outlet.  Do not use a extension cord or power strip for this test, plug right into the outlet.  If you still get the error try a different power cord if you have one available.  If you eliminate these potential causes then it is a hardware issue with the machine and you would need to have a technician take a look at it.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi,

As Cheryl said it is a hardware problem.

It could be from the front door interlock switch or from a defective machine power supply.
