error code 024-360, copy function grayed out and all supplies are empty

Product Name: WorkCentre 7328/7335/7345/7346
Operating System: Windows 7

i have xerox wc 7345 (110 v), recently baught. 1000 copies only printed . one day i started the machine then shown 024-360 error. and copy function also greyed out. and all supplies are also empty.(toner level, drum level, fuser and waste toner too).so i contact the service engineer. he replaced the ess assembly too.the fault code not rectified. what i do? very disappointed sir. please solution  the error. i cant find iot board please.
