You will really need a tech because it could be a problem with one Led Print Head or it's flat cable.

I have a problem with a xerox C7020
The problem I have is that when I turn on the printer I get an error code 061-355 and it does not let me continue on off and on again but the same problem continues

Can you tell me what could be happening and what would be the possible solution to this problem?
