Here is an article for the fault code 077, 901 be sure that you followed all steps. If after removing all the paper the next step would be to calling into the support center to schedule a service call.

Hi, I have a Xerox work center 6027 and I have been getting error code 077-901. I did remove a full sheet of paper from just behind the fuser but I'm still getting this error message and wasn't sure where that was coming from. I did also blow some compressed air in the back of the printer with a fuser is to try to loosen up any other piece of the paper but it still hasn't helped. Any help is appreciated!
