hello i didnt see any obstruction could it be causing the magneta and black to melt away and not fill up the print head reservoir

Hi,

Check for obstruction in the Ink Loader.
• Open and close the Ink Load Door.

error code 093-982

Product Name: ColorQube 8900
Operating System: Windows 7

my xerox keeps throwing error code 093-982 if i reboot the machine it will start a headpurge finish say printing available then reboot after it reboots it shows error 093-982 or 093-983 and will melt through tons of black and magneta sometimes it will print a page while booting but the page will be blank with drops of ink on it
