I can't do a step by step because you don't explain the error, as I stated in both posts, the error you see is on every printer, it happens because there is no paper in the manual feed tray, it does not relate to why you can't print.
If you can't figure out where the job is failing (PC or Printer) then nobody can help you.
If it fails at the printer there will be a fault code listed in Job Status > Completed Jobs.
If it fails at the printer the port is wrong.

second, the driver which i installed is "pcl6" and i tried the "PS" and i tried th "global driver" and all of them give me the same error the port is tcp/ip, and i hope you to give me your helping hand step by step to solve this problem.

Because it is empty, doesn't stop it printing though so you need to troubleshoot the actual error PC side (Job is stuck spooling) or at the printer where the job faults after it gets there (In Job Status > Completed Jobs)

Yes there is, its on the left side and it has no paper in it, which is normal because it is a Manual/Bypass tray
and i tried different drivers but the problem still the same......

I would hope the error stays the same since the tray is indeed almost certainly empty. But if you can explain where the jobs are failing we can begin telling you where the setup is wrong. And explain what driver you are using (PCL/PS/Global Driver/Windows Class driver) and what type of port (RAW/LPR/WSD)
