error notice 22-319-04 WC7535

Hi,

I have the same error on our WC7535 printer. I am not able to print A3 from Photoshop, I get the same error. I updated the firmware to the latest version21.224.18803). Any solution already?

Heya!

People have been asking about this several times on the forum, and what I know most have been a firmware issue and they've solved it by updating to the latest firmware. (v061.121.222.06508) Changing the format or/and size on the file usually helps too.

I would suggest you start with that. :)

Hi,

I am sometimes experiencing this error notice 22-319-04 on Mac OS 10.7, with newest driver from Xerox page, during printing graphic pages on A3 from Indesing.
Another user experienced this notice several times during printing on A4 some Excel sheets from WIN 7 64bit newest drivers and updates.
I can only fix it by turning off and on the printer. I do not wait for ages while the printer is powering off and on.
Can someone tell what the error notice means? I could not  find it anywhere.
My firmware is 061.121.223.09002 and i have built-in controller.
