Hello Kmelton,

The first thing I would recommend it uninstalling and re-installing with the Xerox print driver to see if that fixes it.

error printer not available

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows 10

I have a new printer just got it yesterday and cannot print???

It says the printer is READY but when i print i get an error message saying printer not available 

working on Windows 10 please help very frustrated
